1Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook as indicated on the package.
2Melt the butter in a skillet, add cooking cream and gorgonzola and cook on low heat. Stir until the cheese melts.
3Add chopped walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
4Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss well to coat.
If you don't like or don't have cooking cream, you can use a 3/4 cup of milk.
