1Slice sausages into 1 cm rounds.
2Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta "al dente" (cca 2 minutes less than indicated on the package).
3Preheat the oven to 220°C.
4Take out the pasta from the pot and add broccoli. Cook as indicated on the pack.
5Heat the oil in a skillet and add sausages. Cook until cooked and golden.
6Add broccoli and toss to coat for a minute over medium heat.
7Remove from heat, add pasta, grated gouda cheese, adjust with salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
8Put the pasta with broccoli and sausages in a baking pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
9Put it in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
If you want it more creamy, add 250 ml of cooking cream when combining all the ingredients before putting them in the oven.
