1Clean and cut the mushrooms.
2In a skillet warm the oil, add a garlic clove and cook it until golden and take it out of the oil.
3Add the mushrooms, cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Uncover and cook for another 5 minutes.
4Add cooking cream, thyme and mix well to coat. Adjust with salt and pepper.
5Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
6Drain the pasta and put it in the skillet with the mushrooms. Add chopped chives and toss well to coat.
You can add 30 g of grated Parmesan cheese before serving and toss well to coat.
