Pasta with Pears and Bacon

Ingredients

Directions

1Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta as indicated on the package.

2Peel, wash and dice the pears.

3Warm the oil in a skillet and add diced pears. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes.

4Add smoked bacon and cook for another 5 minutes.

5Drain the pasta and put it in the skillet with pears and bacon.

6Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss well to coat.

7Adjust with salt and pepper.

Add 1 tbsp rosemary leaves for more flavor.
