1In a large pot bring salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook as indicated on the package.
2Warm the olive oil in a skillet and add sliced onion. Cook until golden.
3Add sliced radicchio and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4Add red wine and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
5Drain the pasta when ready and put it in a skillet.
6Add 2 tbsp of chives, grated parmesan cheese, grated nutmeg and toss well to coat.
7Salt and pepper to taste.
