1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini as indicated on the box.
2In a food processor blend lamb's lettuce, dried figs and olive oil until smooth and combined.
3Add parmesan cheese and blend again. Add more olive oil if the pesto is too thick.
4Drain the tortellini and put them in a bowl, add the pesto and mix gently.
