Ravioli with Salmon and Chives

Ingredients

400 g Ravioli (Ricotta and Tomatoes)

250 g Smoked Salmon

4 tbsp chopped Chives

4 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

1Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and add ravioli. Cook them as indicated on the package.

2In a large bowl, add extra-virgin olive oil, chopped chives and sliced salmon.

3Drain the ravioli and add them in a bowl with the rest of ingredients, toss gently to coat.

4Adjust with salt and pepper.
