1Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook Caccavelle as indicated on the package.
2In a skillet or a non-stick pan put extra-virgin olive oil, chopped onion, chopped parsley and garlic. Cook until golden.
3Add shelled peas, cook for few minutes and then add white wine. Cook another 3 minutes.
4Add shrimps and diced tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, turn of the heat and adjust with salt and pepper.
5Fill the Caccavelle and sprinkle with thyme.
