1Warm the oil in a skillet and add a garlic clove.
2When golden take the clove out and add spinach, shrimps and baby carrots.
3Cook for 10 minutes over high heat and stir often.
4Put the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water and cook as indicated on the package.
5Add white wine and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
6Adjust with salt and pepper.
7Drain the pasta and put it in the skillet with the rest of ingredients. Toss well to coat.
